Assignment Structure

There will be regular class preparation assignments for nearly every day we meet. There will also be two class debates. Every student in the class will be required to participate in one of them.Very brief writing assignments are associated with these. Dates for the debates are given in the Course Plan. Attendance and participation are also graded. The instructor reserves the right to assign other work as he deems it necessary or helpful.
